Frontend Developer

50-80% · Early-stage startup · Geneva-Lausanne area / Remote

Who we are

Gamilab is a Swiss software studio building Audiogami — a natural interface between humans and their data. Instead of filling forms, you speak: the system understands your business context, asks the right questions, and automatically structures data into your existing tools.

Our stack is developed in house: Elixir/Phoenix, Whisper, llama.cpp — hosted in Switzerland, fully controlled end-to-end. We're a small team (4 people) with big ambitions, looking for someone to level up our frontend and craft a user experience that truly makes a difference.

Your mission

  • Build and maintain the Audiogami user interface (Phoenix LiveView + Tailwind CSS)
  • Own complete features end-to-end: UI, controllers, business logic (invitations, user profiles, API key management, client portal…)
  • Work on the design system and reusable components for a "beautiful, practical, reliable" experience
  • Collaborate closely with the team to iterate fast on prototypes and demonstrators
  • Use AI-powered dev tools (Claude Code, Codex…) as daily accelerators — we're looking for an "agentic engineering" mindset

Your profile

  • Strong frontend skills with full-stack comfort (UI + controllers)
  • Phoenix LiveView and Tailwind CSS are in your toolbox (or you're ready to pick them up fast)
  • You care about visual details: styles, CSS libraries, responsive design — it matters to you
  • Autonomous, curious, entrepreneurial at heart — you want to build, not just execute
  • Ability to follow strict code guidelines
  • You work with AI tools and see them as a superpower, not a threat
  • No specific degree required: experience, energy, and drive come first

What we offer

  • A 50-80% position, financial conditions to be discussed (startup mode — we're transparent about it)
  • Equity opportunity — you build with us, not just for us
  • Remote-first team spread across Geneva, Lausanne, and Aigle — proximity to Western Switzerland / nearby France is a plus
  • Real impact in a small team: your contributions are visible, your ideas matter
  • A technically exciting project at the intersection of voice, AI, and structured data
  • Planned start: Spring/Summer 2026 — this role is being created as part of our next growth phase

SLM / AI Specialist — Small Language Models & Infrastructure

50-80% · Early-stage startup · Geneva-Lausanne area / Remote

Who we are

Gamilab is a Swiss software studio building Audiogami — a natural interface between humans and their data. Our technology transforms voice into perfectly structured data using optimized language models, hosted in Switzerland, on our own infrastructure.

We don't do "just ask ChatGPT." We build specialized AI building blocks — like a well-designed Lego set — to solve real problems in business workflows. Our approach: GBNF grammar-constrained SLMs (Small Language Models), multi-pass Whisper for transcription, and llama.cpp compiled for our GPUs — fully sovereign and controlled.

We're a team of 4 — European software artisans — and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes AI to help us push this technology further.

Your mission

  • Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize SLMs for our use cases (voice data structuring, entity extraction, schema mapping)
  • Manage AI infrastructure: toolchain setup, library compilation (AMD/NVIDIA), GPU optimization
  • Iterate on our STT/SLM pipeline: Whisper → structuring → validation, with a focus on latency reduction
  • Track open-source community advances (Hugging Face, llama.cpp, GGUF…) and identify models and techniques relevant to our stack
  • Set up benchmarks and quality metrics to objectively evaluate models
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate AI improvements into the product pragmatically

Your profile

  • Deep understanding of LLMs, SLMs, and neural networks — not just theory, you know how to train a model and evaluate options
  • Comfortable with sysadmin tasks: compiling libraries, configuring GPUs, setting up toolchains doesn't scare you
  • Comfortable with C programming
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented — we want someone who ships, not someone who publishes papers
  • You live in the community: you follow GitHub repos, Hugging Face discussions, the latest model releases
  • Strong bonus: network engineering and cluster deployment knowledge
  • No specific degree required: passion, hands-on experience, and drive come first

What we offer

  • A 50-80% position, financial conditions to be discussed (startup mode — full transparency)
  • Equity opportunity — we're building this adventure together
  • Remote-first team across Geneva, Lausanne, and Yvorne — proximity to Western Switzerland / nearby France is a plus
  • Direct access to dedicated GPU hardware for experimentation and iteration
  • A rare technical playground: from raw voice to structured data via constrained SLMs — this is real AI engineering, not prompt engineering
  • Planned start: Spring/Summer 2026 — this role is being created as part of our next growth phase
